Repair service

 

With radical usage of outdoor gear comes the risk of damage. For many other outdoor products this means the end for a fully functional product with just a broken zipper of fabric tear. Here at Radical Design we do things different!

Our products are developed without unneeded design features and extremely resistant to damage. But in case of unavoidable damage we offer our repair service returning you with a functional and repaired product within five simple steps.

 

How the repair service works

 

Step 1: Send us an email describing the damage and requested repairs. Mostly it is handy to attach some photos of the damaged area. We can then reply with our view on the problem and add a cost quotation including shipping cost and lead time for the whole repair.

Step 2: Mark the damages you would like to have repaired with some stickers o.t.l. This makes it much easier for us to find the damage and know what is to be repaired or not.

Step 3: Securly package the product adding your name and shipping address in the box.

Step 4: Send it preferably with an insured shipping service. The shipping costs are on you so many choose the most affordable service.

Step 5: After we receive the product we do the neccessary repairs mostly within 5 working days and we reply if there is an exceptional extra cost for some reason. We then email you the invoice with a payment link for Creditcard, Paypal or Ideal and return the repaired product with one of our shipping agents.
